As Per schedule 2013  , 11th Auguest Esala Perahara Commenced.  20th Auguest Going to Over , 21th August there will Be Noon Perahara(Dawal Perahara)

Most of the Residences are using between 90-100 units per month. But in new Regulations , If exceeds 90 units, they bill rise up by 1000rs , Cant bear this one,,,,, Stable Income Holders, Flexible Income Holders they rise up their incomes and Adjust for this particular matter.

In Srilanka Government Side They Have two Decisions to be taken one is Get more Revenue, Other one is reduse cost, they have taken Increase the income.. thats not Update Decision ,,,,
